BMW single-phase 100V series

The power is transmitted directly by reduction gear designed elaborately, and it changes into a strong and stable pulling force. The gear case used is much lighter and smaller than the existing ones because the special heat treatment is performed to the aluminium alloy casting. In addition, this winch is excellent in dustproof, rust-prevention and rainproof, and does not require much space to install. The power supply is AC100V.

Since the motor and the drum are arranged in parallel, it is compact, space-efficient and can be installed in narrow spaces.
The motor case, reduction mechanism case and electromagnetic brake case that make up the core of this winch are made of rust-prevention, light aluminum alloy casting. It is resistant to rain, wind and dust.
The high-performance electromagnetic brake is used, so the braking force is extremely strong and plays an effective role in detailed work.
Users can easily and surely install a wire rope just by passing it through the two holes in the drum and tightening the wire anchoring plate.
Since BMW series are manufactured using standardized procedures at our factory, we can respond to customers’ orders with quick delivery and low cost.
Precaution regarding power source wiring: For the BMW-105, BMW-106, and BMW-107, prepare a dedicated power supply because the motor capacity is large 100 V/750 W. Use of a cord reel may not open the electromagnetic brake by voltage drop and lead to the burnout accident of motor.
